No Return, No Refund Policy
Once a product is sold to the user in person, we operate under a strict no return, no refund policy. We require customers to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of purchase to identify any defects or damages before completing the transaction. Once the purchase in complete, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or the discovery of defects or damages after the purchase has been finalized. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for any products sold in person, regardless of the circumstances. All sales are final. To clarify, a sale shall reach finality once the user, after verification and inspection of the products, makes the purchase.
